We had a neighbor's washing machine overflow and put water in the ceiling. We contacted Heroes and within a few hours they were there to look over our apartment and set-up fans... and dehumidifiers. They checked back in with us every few days and were flexible with our schedule when they could come back and check the ceiling condition and eventually remove the equipment. I don't remember all the employees names unfortunately, just one of them named Meagan, but everyone was very helpful and easy to work with!read more

They were able to do the inspection the same day I called (others took 5 days to even come out). Justin was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the cleaning process. Also went over the pricing in detail to be sure I understood the quote before any work was started. The price was very fair for the work and value. They were able to start right away. Within minutes of receiving the emergency call, they removed all standing water, damaged flooring and soiled area rugs from our basement.
