I called a few places for estimates on some water damage I had in a... carpeted living room. Heroes were by far the most responsive and helpful. They were able to do the inspection the same day I called (others took 5 days to even come out). Justin was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the cleaning process. Also went over the pricing in detail to be sure I understood the quote before any work was started. The price was very fair for the work and value. They were able to start right away.
