We had a neighbor's washing machine overflow and put water in the ceiling. We contacted Heroes and within a few hours they were there to look over our apartment and set-up fans... and dehumidifiers. They checked back in with us every few days and were flexible with our schedule when they could come back and check the ceiling condition and eventually remove the equipment.
